ReplyDeleteI am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at Sasanarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lend donation money to President of Temple(Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.
If anyone receive or read this message, please inform to DATUK YIP KUM FOOK to return that amount to my monk as soon as possible.

Malaysia. 所发生的纠纷, 经过阅读了，Venerable Phra Piya Thammo 和尚及叶金福律师 (Yip Kum
Fook) 的双方书信之后, 再经实地旁听了觧，做为中间人，我要客观实事的说：
1.当一个和尚、初出道 (小学生)，在修行, 若有缺点, 那是难免.他马华公会鹅唛區会主地席叶金福律师(Yip Kum
Fook)，却心眼看不顺，就电招警万到耒佛教之圣地要扣畄和尚耒耻唇出家人, 这是绝对不许可, 除非是殺人放火之大罪悪.
2.他身为马华公会鹅唛區会主席叶金福律师 (Yip Kum Fook)，却反其道而行, 在佛寺不依佛法而軽视佛教的精神,
以傲慢的手段，帶领一般黑社会的人耒挑衅和尚打架, 这也是不该有、更不是佛教修行者的行为.
3.佛教的圣地, 其主要的目地, 是让眾生修佛道, 不是政治争執的地方. 他马华公会鹅唛区会主席叶金福律师 (Yip Kum Fook),
却利用佛教之圣地当政治活动的场所。如此果敢冒犯佛陀的教誨，更是大大的罪悪。
囯有囯章，彿有佛法，家有家规. 如果出家人有何不对之处, 他叶金福律师 (Yip Kum Fook),
为何不向主持和尚投䜣？让出家人自依和尚的條规处理、却强权一味要显示他是马华公会鹅唛区会及三宝寺理事会主席,
无法无天的应用霸道手段践踏佛教之圣地.为什么。。。。。为什么.
至今, 他叶金福律师 (Yip Kum Fook)，不当不歉愧，还要狡辩, 这又证明了他说一套, 做的又是另一套, 囗是心非, 所谓的两舌,
相当阴险. 身为律师, 受高深教育, 却应用如此悪毒, 横蛮无礼的作风污辱和尚, 相等于是耻辱佛教伩仰者。他叶金福律师(Yip Kum
Fook)不向主持和尚投诉, 却自承英雄,电招外耒者.请问,身为將近20年的三宝寺主持和尚兼顾问,也是第一位
自筹建寺的大功臣,在大马南傳泒中，是闻名遐邇的高僧.其脸要放在那裡？同样的,要是台湾星雲大师的佛寺沙彌犯錯,
理事会没有礼貌自作主张,电招警方要扣畄其沙彌.我敢请问！星雲大师的自尊是怎样的感受？他叶金福律师(Yip Kum
Fook)是后耒者,担任理会主席也不久,
竟敢应用如此,目无尊長的方式对待住持,间接的就是告䜣大家,强迫住持和尚必远離,雀巢鸠要佔。这种用心不良, 有老千之谋, 的确令人不敢恭维。
縱观以上几项重点，我不是盲目的護持三宝, 而是要坦白的说；他叶金福律师 (Yip Kum Fook) 身受高深教育,
为律师者，本应通情达理才是，但遗憾的是, 却令人惊觉, 他厡耒就是彿书裡所讲的狡猾且残忍的此颣人。他叶金福律师 (Yip Kum
Fook)，利用他的专业知識, 懂得包裝自己的道德守則，以宗教为幌子手，到处募款，商业经营, 政治活动为重, 并没依循佛教宗教守则行事,
也没对人道作出任何貢献, 只不过借宗教之名捞取权和私利而己。

ReplyDelete我是甲洞三宝寺 (暹廟) SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION NO: 19-21 JALAN 38 TAMAN DESA JAYA KEPONG 52100 KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA. 的理事, 当任此职多年, 对内的事務也一清二楚。
最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。
至今, 三宝寺的理事成员多数是其親戚, 这是实事, 加入会员需交RM100元费用，同时，必须经过叶金福(Yip Kum Fook)律师的同意，否则免談, 所以会员也不多。
马华公会鹅唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师，自控制三宝寺之後，把三宝寺(暹廟)当着私人產業，聘用和尚賺钱，利用佛教的道地为政治活动埸所，而处理三宝寺的钱财也不透明？这点，值得信众追问。马来西亚地擴人多，和尚也不缺乏，为什么不用本地和尚当任住持化缘，却偏偏劳心劳神，浪费签证费，交通费？ 还要烦劳梹城佛总的推荐信, 向文化不同, 而語言又不通之千哩外囯缅旬和尚求助？ 为什么….为什么？ 只要我们用头脑想一想，便一日了然, 不必晝虎添足。

ReplyDeleteThe thrust of the Buddha Dhamma is not directed to the creation of new political institutions and establishing political arrangements. Basically, it seeks to approach the problems of society by reforming the individuals constituting that society and by suggesting some general principles through which the society can be guided towards greater humanism, improved welfare of its members, and more equitable sharing of resources.
On the other hand, may be Datuk Yip Kum Fook father of Buddha because he can have played dirty politics inside Buddhist Temple (SANMAK SAMBODHI) at No: 19-21 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If Buddha alive, Buddha will shout of his father because of is very low knowledge. WHY people at that Buddhist Temples are very stupid to selected leader crook’s human.
However, this does not mean that Buddhists cannot or should not get involved in the political process, which is a social reality. The lives of the members of a society are shaped by laws and regulations, economic arrangements allowed within a country, institutional arrangements, which are influenced by the political arrangements of that society. Nevertheless, if a Buddhist wishes to be involved in politics, he (Datuk Yip Kum Fook) should not misuse religion to gain political powers, nor is it advisable for those who have renounced the worldly life to lead a pure, religious life to be actively involved in politics.

DENDA RM40,000 PALSUKAN TANDATANGAN [METROTV]

KUALA LUMPUR: Seorang jurutera sebuah syarikat perunding pembinaan didenda RM40,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini selepas mengaku bersalah atas pertuduhan memalsukan tandatangan pada sebuah dokumen berhubung cadangan pembinaan sebuah banglo.
Hakim Azura Alwi menjatuhkan hukuman itu ke atas Toh Hwee Sheng, 46, dan memerintahkannya dipenjara enam bulan jika gagal membayar denda itu.
Toh didakwa dengan curangnya menggunakan suatu dokumen sebagai tulen iaitu sebuah buku ‘Structure Design Calculation’ bertarikh 2 Ogos 2014 berhubung kiraan dan pelan struktur bagi cadangan membina sebuah banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak, Selangor daripada Lieng Consult kepada Datuk Yip Kum Fook iaitu pemilik tanah yang mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai dokumen itu adalah palsu.
Tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu antara 2 hingga 12 Ogos 2014, di No 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong di sini, mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 465 kanun sama yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya.
Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal bagi memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat adalah kesalahan serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu hukuman denda dikenakan ke atasnya dengan jumlah yang minimum kerana dia mempunyai tanggungan termasuk ibu yang berumur 76 tahun.
“Ini adalah kesalahan pertama dan saya tiada rekod jenayah. Saya amat kesal dan insaf atas kesalahan ini dan berjanji tidak akan mengulanginya lagi, jadi saya mohon hukuman denda minimum tanpa hukuman penjara,” katanya.
Mengikut fakta kes, pada 2013, Yip Kum Fook iaitu bekas Ahli Majlis Perbandaran Selayang mengarahkan syarikat tertuduh bekerja iaitu Lieng Consult menyediakan Borang A, Kiraan Struktur dan Pelan Struktur bagi cadangan membina sebuah banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas lot tersebut, namun penyediaan dokumen itu tanpa pengetahuan Lieng Wei Ming selaku pemilik syarikat.
Lieng memaklumkan semua dokumen itu tidak dikeluarkan oleh syarikatnya dan mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen itu juga bukan miliknya.
Selain itu, tertuduh juga menerima wang RM10,000 daripada Yip atas pembayaran kerja yang dilakukan iaitu menyediakan semua dokumen itu dan hasil semakan Bahagian Forensik SPRM mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen ‘Structure Design Calculation’ adalah berbeza dengan spesimen tandatangan diambil daripada Lieng. -Bernama
Kerajaan Malaysia akan memeriksa Yip Kum Fook (peguam dan presiden Samnak Sambodhi atau persatuan Buddha, Taman Desa Jaya, kepong) kerana peguam ini menipu orang di mana-mana......Yip Kum Fook & Associates, Kuala Lumpur... ReplyDeleteGelaran Datuk adalah anugerah Sultan atau Raja untuk bekerja untuk negara, bukan untuk mengeluarkan mana-mana sami dari Kuil, Setiap Kuil Buddha yang dibina oleh dana Awam, Datuk ini melebihi had dan membuat lawak dengan ajaran Buddha (Buddha, Dhamma, dan Sangha ), Datuk Yip ini akan menggoncang dosa besarnya, seterusnya dia dan dahan keluarganya akan rebah dengan tangan Buddha.
DATUK YIP KUM FOOK sangat berbangga dan bertindak sendirian, dan juga Datuk Yip ini adalah seorang pemandu lori dan beliau merupakan perniagaan perabot di Taman Daya, Kepong dan bermain politik sebagai MCA Taman Daya ketika itu.

ReplyDeleteWe are a Myanmar group in Malaysia; we have lived in Malaysia for a decade and always go to the temple (SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION) No: 19-21 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we are very sad and sorry with the Temple Committee Members because they use monks as like animals, we are in the wrong notion of the Buddhist teachings or the rules of the Buddha. We came to this Temple to help the Monks and respected our religion.
That the Temple (SAMNAK SAMBODHI) is a Chairman named Datuk YIP KUM FOOK (Chairman of MCA Gombak Division), our monks said and they invited our monks from Myanmar to take care of the Temple but without making any payment to our monks, they added and disrespected them of us Monks and at times he ordered his people to collect items such as paper, and so on. The chairman took the mineral water without informing any word to our monks. In our religion we believe we cannot take any Holy Place (Temple) all are the sins, if we took... this chairman of Temple is very badly like animals, he without knowledge in Buddhism at all….
In the previous, our monks said the Committee Member always asked for money from him, when our monk gave RM20, 000.00 in cash in 2001 to the Chairman (Yip kum Fook), then the Committee was silent, the Committee then made trouble with one of our Sami named Ven. U Nandiya again and revoked our monk (Visa permit) permit to stay in Malaysia, then our monk (Sadayaw U Nandiya) went to Australia and our monk did not come to the Temple in the long run. Datuk Yip Kum Fook (Chairman of MCA Gombak division) gave a notebook computer to our monk for the protection of the amount of money, this is what our monk told;
Many locals around the Temple said, now no more people come to this Temple because Committee Members are always making trouble or very arrogant and we heard from locals say: Yip Kum Fook (Chairman of MCA Gombak division) ordered his people to burn the Hindu Temple in Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed the place to make a furniture store business, this happened a few years ago. Everyone knows what is being done for the Hindu Temple in Taman Daya, Kepong. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
And we need to share all detail information about this YIP KUM FOOK & SAMNAK SAMBODHI to all Buddhist devotees in the world…. this YIP KUM FOOK will more suffer and he will vomit out in what he eats…KARMA...OK

Saya boleh faham mengapa peguam Yip Kum Fook marah dan terbakar(TERPANAS). Sebab utama adalah seperti berikut. Abbot Persatuan Buddha. Dia menjadi abbot selama 20 tahun. Beliau adalah seorang arkitek dan memainkan peranan penting dalam mengumpul dana untuk orang ramai membina kuil.
Abbas panik apabila mendapati lelaki baru sepertinya, Yip Kum Fook, seorang peguam; Pengerusi MCA Gombak tidak terlibat dalam perbincangan itu. Ucapannya dihiasi indah dengan kemanusiaan, budi pekerti dan akhlak.
tetapi dalam praktiknya Dia cenderung untuk menyamakan golongan terpinggir dan menghalau mereka yang bertentang mata dengannya. Lembaga kuil bukannya kebanyakan saudara-maranya. We moved to No: 25 Jalan 5 Taman Desa Jaya, near Taman Daya in 1992 but the Temple here is no longer, then in 1993 again moved to the place now, we are knowing well about the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE
Last time, SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE was very famous for various activities such as Dhamma Sunday School, free form five tuition on BM, Wesak Day celebration, Kathina celebration, Loy Krathong festival, blood donation, Chinese New Year Oil Lamp and others.

最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。
至今, 三宝寺的理事成员多数是其親戚, 这是实事, 加入会员需交RM100元费用，同时，必须经过叶金福(Yip Kum Fook)律师的同意，否则免談, 所以会员也不多。

目前, 三宝寺很多信徒及当地居民, 已经对叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak )律师不满, 但也不能做什么。他计划把三宝寺主席的职位轉给其子YIP JIUN HANN律师, 续承皇朝. 想近一部了觧詳情, 可上网得知。
再说, 根据前理事在网络上给叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的批評, 説他懂得包裝自己的道德守则, 以宗教为幌子手, 到处募款, 啇業经营, 政治活动为重, 并没依循佛教守則行事, 也没对人道作出貢献, 只不过借三宝寺宗教之名捞取权和私利而己, 其言也不为过, 是实事。
在此, 我恳切希望, 廣大的佛教信仰者, 给予关注, 并共創義举, 弘扬佛教. 谢谢。

DATUK YIP KUM FOOK banyak melakukan kejahatan kepada orang di kawasan Kepong, lelaki (Datuk Yip) ini mengganggu ramai isteri orang, membakar Kuil Hindu di Taman Daya, mengeluarkan sami Buddha dari Kuil di Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, dan menipu wang.

Kami telah mendengar, bahawa AGONG MALAYSIA (Sultan Johor, Sultan Ibrahim) telah mengambil kembali (Tarik) GELARAN DATUK (Datuk's title), dan kami akan menulis kepada Agong tentang perkara ini
DATUK YIP KUM FOOK (Lawyer) tidak fikir orang bodoh dan anda boleh menghina Buddha dan Hindu tetapi tentang Islam, anda dihina jika anda tidak mempunyai tempat tinggal.

My name is NG HONG SIONG and DATUK YIP KUM FOOK defrauded my IC ten years ago, he took my IC because I needed a job in Kepong near his law office No. 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Yip Kum Fook & Associates, Kuala Lumpur)
Then I gave him my IC because he told me, he will return it to me tomorrow after processing, I came to the same place, and the IC and Datuk Yip Kum Fook were missing, for more than ten years from now.
Over the years, I have had many bank calls saying I borrowed money from the bank and the police have contacted me, and various things has been bothering and disturbing me. I know who did it; Datuk Yip Kum Fook & Simon Low Kok Meng did it. Now I am suffering from it
I also reported to many police stations and many government but many are inactive. What I did and I posted a review to let people know on the internet.
My insistence and hope is that everyone should be careful about cheating on IC, especially Datuk Yip Kum Fook, his name should be blocked (boycotted) in the Chinese community and other Buddhists in Malaysia
